At Tenuta Rivalazzo, ethics is a daily practice that permeates our every action. Rooted in the heart of 75 hectares of uncontaminated nature, we firmly believe in responsibility towards the land that hosts us, the people who live there and future generations.

We are custodians of a precious ecosystem. We manage our agricultural lands with an approach that aims to preserve soil fertility and biodiversity, in harmony with nature. The presence of a wide variety of animals, birds and insects testifies to the health of our environment.

Strict adherence to agricultural rotations allows good fertility to be maintained naturally.
In addition, the maintenance of stable meadows, the planting of which dates back more than 120 years, ensures the total absence of chemical intervention, providing an essential product for the production of what is the area´s flagship: Parmigiano Reggiano.
