VINIFICATION AND REFINING: white wine with rare structure and softness. Obtained exclusively with carefully selected grapes from the “Malvasia” vine. Vinified in white, with fermentation at a controlled temperature. THINNING: selection of the best bunches 60 days before the harvest. HARVEST: manual with particular selection of the bunches.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: clear, straw yellow color with golden reflections, intense and persistent aroma with distinct floral notes and hints of peach and sage. Dry, savoury, warm-bodied and harmonious flavour.
PAIRINGS: given its particular structure and elegance, it pairs perfectly with fish-based dishes with a strong and tasty flavour.
