AVERAGE PRODUCTION PER HECTARE: 70 quintals
VINIFICATION AND REFINING: produced with selected grapes from well-exposed company vineyards that allow complete maturation. Vinified according to the most classic Parma tradition, it is bottled in the spring following the harvest, after natural fermentation.
THINNING: selection of the best bunches 60 days before the harvest.
HARVEST: manual with particular selection of the bunches.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: clear, ruby ​​red in color, with a characteristic, slightly vinous aroma in which hints of red fruit stand out. Soft, savoury and quite warm flavor, rightly tannic and harmonious. PAIRINGS: this red from Parma is an essential companion for cold cuts appetizers, important first courses, stewed meats, roasts of white and red meats.
