GRAPE VARIETIES: Barbera 50%, Bonarda 25%, Cabernet Sauvignon 25% AVERAGE PRODUCTION PER HECTARE: 65 quintals
VINIFICATION AND REFINING: produced with selected grapes from company plots with particularly favorable exposures. It is marketed only from the month of October of the year following bottling to allow for essential refinement in the bottle.
THINNING: selection of the best bunches 60 days before the harvest.
HARVEST: manual with particular selection of the bunches.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: wine of great softness and roundness. Ruby red color, with a characteristic and intense aroma, slightly vinous with hints of red berry fruit and spicy nuances. On the palate it is soft in body and rightly tannic and harmonious.
PAIRINGS: this red from Parma is ideal for cold cuts appetizers, important first courses, meat second courses and mature cheeses.
