GRAPE VARIETIES: Malvasia Candia Aromatica 100% AVERAGE PRODUCTION PER HECTARE: 60 quintals
VINIFICATION AND REFINING: produced with selected grapes from well-exposed company vineyards that allow complete maturation. Vinified in white, with fermentation at a controlled temperature.
THINNING: selection of the best bunches 60 days before the harvest.
HARVEST: manual with particular selection of the bunches.
ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS: clear, straw yellow color with greenish reflections, intense, delicate and characteristic aroma in which floral hints of acacia and hawthorn stand out. Dry, savoury, quite warm flavor. PAIRINGS: pleasant as a wine for the whole meal, it prefers delicate appetizers, dry soups, fish, seafood and soft cheeses. Excellent as an aperitif.
